Draft. Reasons list is from operator terms and PAGCOR rules; timings to be added from tests.
First: is the operator licensed?
If it is not on PAGCOR’s list, there is no regulator to escalate to. Everything below assumes a licensed operator.
The usual reasons
- KYC incomplete or mismatched — the name on your wallet/bank account must match your verified ID exactly.
- Turnover not met — a bonus (including “free 100”) usually requires betting a multiple of it before withdrawal.
- Withdrawal limits — daily or per-transaction caps; large wins may be paid in instalments.
- Payment channel outage — the operator’s provider for that method is down; another method may work.
- Security review — unusual patterns trigger manual checks; licensed operators must tell you this is the reason.
What to send support
Account name, the withdrawal reference, amount, method, a screenshot of the status, and the time you requested it. Ask for the specific reason and the expected date.
How long to wait
Per-operator timings from our tests will go here. As a rule, a licensed operator should either pay or give you a documented reason within its published processing time.
Escalating to PAGCOR
If the published time passes with no reason, file a complaint with PAGCOR — see how to complain to PAGCOR. Include everything above.
