We are an independent team with backgrounds in Philippine payments infrastructure and search research. We started this site because the most common question Filipino players ask — is this site legal, and will I get my money out? — had no answer that linked to the actual regulator’s documents.
What we do
- Reproduce PAGCOR’s licence lists in a form you can actually search, and re-check them weekly.
- Test licensed operators ourselves: registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, support.
- Explain new laws, PAGCOR circulars and BSP orders in plain language with links to the originals.
What we do not do
- We do not run or own any gambling site.
- We do not accept payment, free play, or any other consideration for coverage or ranking.
- We do not publish “best casino” lists. We publish what we tested and what the documents say.
- We do not target or accept players under 21.
