Who runs OKBet

OKBet is operated by Gavin Ventures Inc. (GVI), list no. 13 on PAGCOR’s e-Games roster, with the widest set of approved game categories among the operators we profile. The OK family — OKBet, OKFun, OKPlay, OKGames, OKDunk, OKCards, OKPisoluck — are all registered sub-brands of the same licence.

On PAGCOR’s list dated October 8, 2026, OKBet appears under:

  • GAVIN VENTURES INC. (GVI) — list no. 13, accredited Gaming System Administrator (e-Games); approved for sports betting, electronic casino games, electronic bingo games, specialty games, numeric games, traditional bingo games, online poker games; registered brands: OKBet, OKFun, OKPlay, OKGames, OKDunk, OKCards, OKPisoluck.

What the licence covers

PAGCOR’s approval lists the game categories the operator may offer: sports betting, electronic casino games, electronic bingo games, specialty games, numeric games, traditional bingo games, online poker games. A game type not on that list is not covered by this licence. The licence also obliges the operator to run KYC before any deposit (PAGCOR, February 2026), to honour PAGCOR’s self-exclusion list, and to answer complaints escalated through PAGCOR.
