Who runs NUSTAR Online

NUSTAR’s online brand is run by Premier Online Digital Entertainment Corporation (PODEC) under an e-Games licence. It is distinct from NUSTAR Resort & Casino (Universal Hotels and Resorts, Inc.) in Cebu, whose own online brand on the licensed-casinos list is Casino Maxx. Both are legitimate; they are simply two licences.

On PAGCOR’s list dated October 8, 2026, NUSTAR Online appears under:

  • PREMIER ONLINE DIGITAL ENTERTAINMENT CORPORATION (PODEC) — list no. 43, accredited Gaming System Administrator (e-Games); approved for traditional bingo games, electronic bingo games, electronic casino games, sports betting, specialty games, numeric games; registered brands: NuSTAR.

What the licence covers

PAGCOR’s approval lists the game categories the operator may offer: traditional bingo games, electronic bingo games, electronic casino games, sports betting, specialty games, numeric games. A game type not on that list is not covered by this licence. The licence also obliges the operator to run KYC before any deposit (PAGCOR, February 2026), to honour PAGCOR’s self-exclusion list, and to answer complaints escalated through PAGCOR.

Registered addresses — use only these

Operators must register every domain with PAGCOR. The 4 addresses registered for NUSTAR Online’s operator are:

  • nustargame.com
  • nustargame.com.ph
  • nustargame.ph
  • nustaronline.vip

If you were sent a link that is not in this list — a different ending, an extra word, an APK or Telegram link — it is not NUSTAR Online, whatever the logo says. Check it with our licence checker.
