Who runs Casino Plus

Casino Plus is not an e-Games operator. It is the online brand of Stotsenberg Leisure Park & Hotel Corporation and Frontier Capital Group Limited, which hold a PAGCOR land-based casino licence at Clark; the online brand is registered under that casino licence. That is why casinoplus.com.ph is found on PAGCOR’s licensed casinos list, not the Gaming System Administrators list.

On PAGCOR’s list dated October 8, 2026, Casino Plus appears under:

• STOTSENBERG LEISURE PARK & HOTEL CORPORATION AND FRONTIER CAPITAL GROUP LIMITED (CASINO PLUS) — list no. 7, licensed casino (integrated-resort online brand); approved for live baccarat, live dealer roulette, slots, virtual games, live color games; registered brands: Casino Plus, CASINO PLUS ONE.

The ‘free 100’ promotions that dominate searches for this brand are the operator’s own marketing; the licence says nothing about bonus terms. Read the turnover requirement before accepting one.

What the licence covers

PAGCOR’s approval lists the game categories the operator may offer: live baccarat, live dealer roulette, slots, virtual games, live color games. A game type not on that list is not covered by this licence. The licence also obliges the operator to run KYC before any deposit (PAGCOR, February 2026), to honour PAGCOR’s self-exclusion list, and to answer complaints escalated through PAGCOR.
