Who runs BingoPlus

BingoPlus is operated by AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE), a subsidiary of DigiPlus Interactive Corp. (PSE: PLUS). It is list no. 1 on PAGCOR’s roster of accredited Gaming System Administrators. BingoPlus Poker runs under a second DigiPlus company, GameMaster Integrated, Inc.

On PAGCOR’s list dated October 8, 2026, BingoPlus appears under:

• AB LEISURE EXPONENT, INC. (ABLE) — list no. 1, accredited Gaming System Administrator (e-Games); approved for traditional bingo games; registered brands: BingoPlus, BingoPlus Poker, PeryaPlus, SpinPlus, SlotPlus.
• GAMEMASTER INTEGRATED, INC. (GII) — list no. 12, accredited Gaming System Administrator (e-Games); approved for online poker games; registered brands: BingoPlus Poker, Bingo Plus, Arena Plus, PeryaPlus, SpinPlus, SlotPlus.

What the licence covers

PAGCOR’s approval lists the game categories the operator may offer: traditional bingo games, online poker games. A game type not on that list is not covered by this licence. The licence also obliges the operator to run KYC before any deposit (PAGCOR, February 2026), to honour PAGCOR’s self-exclusion list, and to answer complaints escalated through PAGCOR.
