Licence

Who runs ArenaPlus

ArenaPlus is the sports-betting brand of the DigiPlus Interactive group, the same group behind BingoPlus and GameZone. Its domains are split across group companies on PAGCOR’s list, which is why a licence check for arenaplus.ph returns two operators.

On PAGCOR’s list dated October 8, 2026, ArenaPlus appears under:

• GAMEMASTER INTEGRATED, INC. (GII) — list no. 12, accredited Gaming System Administrator (e-Games); approved for online poker games; registered brands: BingoPlus Poker, Bingo Plus, Arena Plus, PeryaPlus, SpinPlus, SlotPlus.
• TOTAL GAMEZONE XTREME INCORPORATED (TGXI) — list no. 53, accredited Gaming System Administrator (e-Games); approved for sports betting, electronic casino games, electronic bingo games, specialty games, numeric games; registered brands: Gamezone, ChampionZone, Arena Plus.

arenaplus.net is registered separately under AB Leisure Exponent, Inc. (ABLE), a third DigiPlus company.

What the licence covers

PAGCOR’s approval lists the game categories the operator may offer: online poker games, sports betting, electronic casino games, electronic bingo games, specialty games, numeric games. A game type not on that list is not covered by this licence. The licence also obliges the operator to run KYC before any deposit (PAGCOR, February 2026), to honour PAGCOR’s self-exclusion list, and to answer complaints escalated through PAGCOR.

If you were sent a link that is not in this list — a different ending, an extra word, an APK or Telegram link — it is not ArenaPlus, whatever the logo says. Check it with our licence checker.

Registration and KYC

Deposits

Not yet tested. Will cover: methods available after the BSP e-wallet order of August 2025, minimums, fees, time to credit, failure messages and what they mean.

Withdrawals

Not yet tested. Will cover: methods, minimums, turnover requirements before first withdrawal, processing time per method (timestamped), reasons for holds.

Support

Not yet tested. Will cover: channels, response time, whether a stuck withdrawal gets resolved and how fast.
